Paul W. Pritchett 

Associate

Paul joined Louisiana Tax Sale Lawyers in 2023 with a diverse background of legal experience. Over his career, Paul has represented clients in transactional and litigation matters ranging from real estate and tax sale matters to insurance litigation and complex construction claims. In addition to representing tax sale purchasers and property owners, Paul has decades of experience as a tax sale investor, regularly participating in tax sales in Louisiana and Arizona. Paul is a member of the Louisiana Law Institute’s Tax Sales Committee working to revise Louisiana’s tax sale laws. Prior to attending law school, Paul worked as an engineer for one of the nation’s largest civil contractors, bringing an engineering mindset to his legal work.
